Yes these eggs are beautiful, no compliment necessary!
So I told Mike that I wanted to decorate eggs this year. I thought he wouldn't want to. However, yesterday he boiled the eggs, got the dyes ready, and started dying the eggs before I even realized what he was doing. He is so awesome!

ReplyDeleteKirsti and her family were here for spring break, so I showed them how we colored eggs when I was a child, using red roots, and onion skins, wrapping flowers, leafs, etc around the unboiled eggs and cooking in the water colored by the roots and onion skins. It's quite a brew and is time consuming, but the egg are pretty artisstic. Your blog video was great.
